Short Term Goals...

I realized last night that I have exactly 10 weeks before I hit the big 5-0. If I can lose just 2 lbs a week over the next 10 weeks, I'll be 30 lbs. lighter than I was when I started. That would be cool. I'm going to shoot for that. So far, I've averaged approximately 3.33 lbs for the past 3 weeks, (even if you consider the 1.2 lb gain this week), so it should be possible, right??

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow! You are doing great! Keep up the good tracking...let's do some walking together if it ever warms up!
